PLEASE NOTE that the mousetrap can still be set! I don't recommend doing this, as it won't distinguish between a gray squeaking head and curious little fingers, and each time it's sprung it weakens the thinner bits of wood.

This piece eventually became a memorial to all the mice we had to cull from both my own and my boyfriend's apartments - most of them made it to a better place, though one is still in Swiss-limbo near the bottom.
That's the one who pooped in the cereal.
